For IFYS Intensive Foster Care Practitioner, Brenna Moore, her mission every day is to work with her team and their supporters to provide high-level care and support for children and foster carers working in the child safety system.
Brenna’s work is focused on children and young people with complex needs — those who often require more intensive, specialised support to thrive.
Her approach centres the care team around the child: carers, family, Child Safety, health and education providers all pulling in the same direction.
For Brenna, the reward is seeing a young person who arrived guarded and unsure begin to trust, to laugh, and to dream about their future again.
